Beat is a licensed real estate agent, broker, Realtor®, and a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). He holds a degree in International Business and is fluent in English, German, and French.

"Born and raised in Switzerland, I graduated from the School of Commerce in my native Zurich. After earning a degree in Business Administration here in the U.S., I gathered experience in several fields of business including working in sales for a regional company, creating and implementing extensive business strategies for a U.S. firm overseas, as well as co-owning and operating a retail establishment in Mill Valley. In 1998, I became a realtor and shortly thereafter received my broker's license. Since 2019 I work as Broker Associate at Vanguard Properties specializing in real estate sales in Marin County."
